Manchester United have reportedly been offered the opportunity to secure the signing of Marco Verratti from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The Red Devils have already acquired the services of midfielder Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk this summer but they are on the lookout for another addition with Marouane Fellaini likely to leave Old Trafford on a free.
According to Calciomercato, Verratti is one among the prime targets of the club’s shortlist and they could potentially do business with Les Parisiens with Mino Raiola acting as his representative.
Raiola has brought the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba to Old Trafford over the past couple of seasons and Verratti may follow the same route at the right price.
The Italian has been criticised for his performances by the French media in recent seasons and he is supposedly eager to leave Parc des Princes after being told to lose weight by new head coach Thomas Tuchel.
